Our Policy
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- The item must be returned with its original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Eligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Requests made after the 24-hour window
- Custom or personalized items

We don’t mass-produce. Every piece is made with care—so we keep our policies fair while still protecting the craftsmanship behind your purchase.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
